Changes / Replacements
* CAUTION! The company must be informed IMMEDIATELY by phone of your desire to change the product, from the day of receipt of the order or via email or by filling out the return form. The change of the product is accepted within 14 days from the receipt of the order if
- the customer has the proof of purchase of the product,
- the product has not been used,
- the product has its original packaging intact,
- the product has not been altered or damaged or cleaned.
In the event that the product is returned without meeting the above conditions, the company has the right to refuse the replacement. If there is a difference in value between the product to be changed and the new product, the customer is charged or credited according to the difference. ** Changes are always made with the current prices, as well as with products of the same season. For the first change the customer is charged with the return costs and replacement shipping costs. The return is made only with the transport company we work with (ask for a recipient charge).
Money return
Upon receipt of the order, the customer can contact us via email or phone and request a refund. Refunds are accepted if
- The customer has the proof of purchase of the product,
- The product has not been used,
- The product has its original packaging intact,
- The product has not been altered or damaged or cleaned.
In the event that the product is returned without meeting the above conditions, the company has the right to refuse a refund. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The return is made only with the transport company we work with. The refund will be made within 10 working days after receiving the product from the store, in a bank account designated by the customer, always deducting from the refundable amount the costs of the initial shipment and the return.
Order cancellation
The customer can cancel his order only if the cancellation request is made before the delivery of the order to the courier company. In case a cancellation is requested after delivery to the courier company, the refund procedure is followed.
