- In remittance payments, the order is shipped only if the transfer is made at the sender's expense ("OUR", not "SHA") and if the reason for the transfer is the number of the order to which it relates, so that identification can be made.
All payment transfers must be made in our store pricing currency (EUR), even if you have selected another currency to display the list prices. In this case, the total amount of your order in EUR is listed below the total in the currency of your choice.

The use of your credit card for your purchases in the online store "roumpani.gr" is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions. Once you have completed all the information required to register the order, you will be automatically transferred to the secure site of the partner bank (ALPHA BANK SA) where you will be able to fill in your credit card details directly.
To pay by credit card, you must fill in the relevant form with the exact name of the holder, the number and expiration date of your credit card, and the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card.
The check and the payment are made immediately, if you have connected with the partner bank (ALPHA BANK).
In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card used for the respective transaction.

Orders
The availability of the products is mentioned in our online store and the customer has the opportunity to order only products that appear available. However, there is a possibility that some products will appear available and in fact are not. This can happen for various reasons, such as the temporary suspension of the ability to automatically update the warehouse for technical reasons or the simultaneous sale of the product in our physical store. In this case the customer is immediately notified of the problem. In order for each order to be considered valid, the customer must receive a confirmation e-mail from "roumpani.gr". In any other case the order will not be considered valid. In case all the products of the order are available and the payment has been completed or a cash on delivery payment has been selected, the process of preparing and sending the order begins. Through the management pages of your account, the customer can check the status of the order. Orders are delivered with the courier company "SPEDDEX". The usual delivery time of the orders depends on the destination.
- Destination Greece: 1 - 3 working days from the receipt of the order and the confirmation of the availability of its products.
- Destination Cyprus: 12 - 15 working days from the receipt of the order and the confirmation of the availability of its products.
The times may be longer for deliveries of orders in remote or inaccessible areas or when there are reasons of force majeure such as strikes, bad weather, etc.

The time for shipments abroad is 15 to 20 working days and the cost is determined during the order completion process and depends on the destination and the volume of the order. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are always made after information and consultation with the customer

Shipments within Greece, for orders whose total value is less than € 70.00 are charged with shipping costs of € 3.50.
The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.
Delivery time for shipments within Greece is 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs can be differentiated for parcels weighing more than 2 kg and the customer is informed by phone for any charges.
